These terms govern use of Gradion's WhatsApp messaging service by the business that connects a WhatsApp Business Account ("you").
The service
Gradion sends and receives WhatsApp messages on your behalf through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, using the access you grant during signup. You remain the owner of your WhatsApp Business Account and your customer relationships.
Your responsibilities
- You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and messaging policies, including opt-in requirements for business-initiated messages.
- You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your workflows.
- Meta bills message fees directly to your WhatsApp Business Account; Gradion does not resell WhatsApp messaging.
Termination
You can disconnect at any time by revoking Gradion's access in Meta Business Manager or emailing us. We may suspend numbers that violate WhatsApp policies to protect the platform connection. On termination we delete your stored data as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as-is during this early access period. Gradion is not liable for message delivery failures caused by the WhatsApp platform, and total liability is limited to fees paid to Gradion in the previous 3 months.
