Gradion ("we") operates this service, which lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Gradion's messaging workflows.

What we collect

• Business connection data: your WABA id, phone number id, display phone number, verified business name, and the access token Meta issues to us when you complete Embedded Signup. We use these solely to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
• Message data: the content and metadata (sender id, timestamp, type) of WhatsApp messages sent to and from your connected number, to the extent needed to run your workflows and show conversation history in your dashboard.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or your customers' data.
• We don't use message content for advertising or to train models.
• We don't access your Facebook account beyond the WhatsApp permissions you grant.

Retention and deletion

Connection data is kept while your number is connected. Message history is kept for up to 12 months. Disconnecting your number (from your Meta Business Manager or by asking us) revokes our access; see data deletion for how to have all stored data removed.

Third parties

Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms. Gradion's application and persistent storage run on OVHcloud infrastructure in Montréal, Canada.
