Connect your WhatsApp Business number to Gradion
Gradion answers and routes your customers' WhatsApp messages through automated workflows: order updates, appointment reminders, support triage. You keep your number and your WhatsApp Business Account; Gradion sends and receives messages on your behalf through Meta's Cloud API.
How it works
- Click Connect and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Pick (or create) your WhatsApp Business Account and verify your phone number. Takes about two minutes.
- Your number shows up in the Gradion dashboard and messages start flowing through your workflows.
Message fees are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account. Gradion never sees your Facebook password; access is granted through Meta's Embedded Signup and you can revoke it any time from your Business Manager settings.
