Data deletion

To have your business's data deleted from Gradion:

1. Email privacy@gradion.io from an address at your business domain, with the WhatsApp phone number you connected.
2. We revoke our access to your WhatsApp Business Account, delete the stored access token, connection details, and all message history, and confirm within 30 days.

You can also revoke Gradion's access yourself at any time: in Meta Business Manager settings, remove Gradion from your WhatsApp Business Account's connected apps. This immediately stops all message flow; email us afterwards to have stored history deleted.
